The Book Blogger Hop is an event hosted every Friday by Jen at Crazy For Books where book book bloggers connect and hop over to other book bloggers, support each other, meet new friends and find great new blogs to follow!
I'm back in the hop! I haven't participated in the Book Blogger Hop for a long time now, well before Christmas because on a Friday night I go to a club now and it's been hard fitting everything in on the weekend because of schoolwork. However, I did miss connecting more with other bloggers and finding new blogs so I'm back this week!
This week's question is: "What are you reading now and why are you reading it?"
I'm currently reading Thyme's End by B.R Collins (thanks to Bloomsbury for sending it for review), which I started this morning. So far, I haven't really made up my mind about whether I like it or not, I'm a bit on the 'meh' side at the moment having read a few chapters but I've got to give it more of a chance yet. I've never read any thriller type books before so I'm reading this one as part of the Out Of Your Comfort Zone hosted by A Tapestry of Words.
Thanks for stopping by- don't forget to leave a link to your blog so I can drop by :) Happy hopping!
I love your blog! I never heard of the book your reading, so I'm going to wait until you've reviewed it haha. Have a great weekend and if you have the time hop by on my blog.

Hello, hopping over to say hi!
ReplyDeleteCurrently I'm reading two books: Middlemarch by George Eliot and Delirium by Lauren Oliver. I've been reading a few chapters of Middlemarch between lighter reads, and have nearly finished. I've been reading this for months now; it'll be weird when I reach the end.
Yay, it always makes me happy to hear you're reading something for my challenge! :D I haven't heard much about Tyme's End but I just looked the synopsis up on Goodreads and it looks pretty creepy...
ReplyDeleteThere are so many books this week I haven't heard of! Like it or eh, I look forward to your review!

Good answer! The answer on my book blog is a little embarassing; it’s a book that’s been sitting on my TBR pile for a year.
ReplyDeleteTo my shame, I only opened the book because I remember it contained an Amazon gift card.

I've been eying that book because the cover is so pretty, but I'm not sure the plot is my thing. I'll be looking forward to reading your thoughts on it when you're done.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hopping by!
ReplyDelete@Book Girl Thank you for the follow, I'll be hopping over to your blog after this comment.
@Katie Yay- you're readind Delirium. I've ordered it in at my school library. I'll be looking out for your review :)
@Danya haha, I think I'm going to be reading more books for the challenge than I anticipated. Review books are deinitely helping me for it. Thyme's End does have a cery creepy feel!
@Small Review I agree, the cover is definitely very striking. I thought the same thing when I read the blurb but it's nice to read a book you wouldn't normally pick up once in a while.
Hopping through. Thyme's End has a great cover!
