June Wrap Up

June has been a great month for me, not only because it's been the start of summer but because I've read some fabulous books, finished my first blogoversary celebration week and got started on my first job freelancing for a UK publishing company, which is very exciting. I can't wait for the end of July then because then I'll be on school holidays =)

  3. @Hahah yes- they're very cool :) I loved Tempest Rising- it's one of the best mermaid books I've read!

    @Danya Thanks for asking! Well, I won a young writers competition that the publisher (Sunpenny Publishing) held a few years ago and the lady that runs the company got chatting with my mum on email and they're expanding the business so they offered me a job doing the social networking side and training me up as a manuscript reader as I go through school. So it's going to be a challenging adventure but one that will help me get experience in publishing for when I'm 18! I probably wouldn't have had the chance if it wasn't for blogging so I'm so grateful to the book blogging community for teaching me so much over the past year :D

  6. Oh wait you've already reviewed it! I'm looking forward to reading it even more now that I know the love triangle isn't THAT pronounced :) I always feel torn whenever there are two equally awesome guys in a book haha.
